Brand Ambassador

Summary

Provide a personalized and inspiring shopping experience on the sales floor, focusing on excellent customer service and driving sales performance. Support store standards through visual merchandising, floor operations, and engagement with customers using in-store tools and programs. Act as an entry-level sales role with opportunity for future leadership development.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and prioritize the customer experience on the sales floor.
• Meet or exceed individual sales KPIs (SPH, data capture) and utilize store tools to drive performance.
• Support fitting room service, sizing assistance, and maintain store standards.
• Assist with floor sets, replenishment (ISOs), opening and closing duties, and back-of-house tasks.
• Maintain visual standards using company guidelines and provide product feedback to management.
• Engage customers with loyalty/connect programs and educate them on store offerings.

Requirements

• Retail or similar industry experience preferred; strong customer communication skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, and operate a register for extended periods and handle physical tasks up to 30 lbs.
• Comfort working across sales floor, stock/dressing room, cash wrap, and office areas.
• Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends and occasional travel or overnight shifts as required.
• Ability to collaborate with team members and participate in required trainings and development.
