The Brand Ambassador delivers personalized, inspiring customer experiences while supporting sales goals and store initiatives. This role builds customer relationships, represents Ralph Lauren brand expectations, and contributes to a collaborative store environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by keeping the customer at the center of decisions and achieving sales goals.
• Support company initiatives, team training, and the use of digital tools and alternative purchasing options.
• Build customer connections and provide management with feedback on successes, opportunities, and category needs.
• Maintain sales floor and store standards.

Requirements

• Retail or similar industry experience in a high-volume or specialty environment is preferred.
• Communicate effectively and build positive relationships with customers, managers, and coworkers.
• Be able to stand, walk, and work on the sales floor for extended periods; lift or climb as required.
• Work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, and weekends.
