Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service, product knowledge, and styling support, including assistance in fitting rooms.
• Meet individual performance goals and contribute to store sales plans.
• Maintain sales floor, fitting room, visual, and back-of-house standards; support replenishment and floor sets.
• Educate customers about available programs and offerings, and share product feedback with management.
• Complete required training and collaborate with colleagues to support an inclusive work environment.

Requirements

• Retail or similar experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile environment preferred.
• Effective communication skills and ability to build positive working relationships.
• Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for extended periods, and lift or climb as required.
• Flexible availability for days, evenings, weekends, and occasional overnight shifts or travel as needed.
