Full-Time Brand Ambassador responsible for delivering a personalized and inspiring shopping experience that exceeds customer expectations. The role supports store initiatives, embraces new technology and alternative purchasing paths, and serves as an entry point for future leadership opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Deliver sales and profit performance using key tools and resources to drive selling
- Support execution of company and store initiatives and maintain store standards
- Participate in team training and provide feedback to management on successes and opportunities
- Engage clients through creative outreach and customer engagement activities
- Champion brand values and provide a consistent customer experience aligned to brand expectations
- Support alternative purchasing processes such as Gladly, Click to Zoom, JRNI, and Ship to Home
- Broaden product discovery via QR codes, digital catalogs, and virtual stores
- Assist in networking and sourcing talent and strengthen customer connectivity
Requirements
- Retail or similar industry experience in a complex, high-volume specialty environment preferred
- Effective communication skills with customers and store personnel
- Ability to operate register, stand and walk for multiple hours and lift up to 30 lbs
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and possible travel
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain positive working relationships
- Planning and prioritization and time management skills
