The Brand Ambassador delivers a personalized, inspiring shopping experience and helps achieve store sales objectives. This role supports customers throughout their visit while contributing to store standards and an inclusive team environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer-first service and help customers with product selection, sizing, and styling.
• Meet or exceed individual performance goals and contribute to sales plans.
• Maintain sales floor, fitting room, and back-of-house standards, including replenishment and visual presentation.
• Support store operations, company programs, and training, and share product feedback with management.

Requirements

• Retail or similar experience in a high-volume or high-profile environment is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships.
• Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for extended periods, and lift or climb as needed.
• Flexible availability for days, evenings, weekends, and occasional overnight shifts or travel as required.
