Full-Time Brand Ambassador responsible for delivering a personalized and inspiring customer experience that supports store performance and brand expectations. The role involves engaging clients, supporting store initiatives and training, and promoting alternative purchasing channels to broaden product accessibility. Ambassadors act as frontline representatives and potential future leaders within the company.
Responsibilities
- Drive sales and profit performance using company tools and resources
- Support execution of store and company initiatives and maintain store standards
- Participate in and support team training to achieve business results
- Engage customers through outreach and creative client engagement strategies
- Support alternative purchasing processes such as Click to Zoom and Ship to Home
- Broaden product discovery using QR codes, digital catalogs, and virtual stores
- Provide ongoing feedback to management on successes and opportunities
- Maintain productivity through effective store execution and uphold company policies
Requirements
- Retail or similar high-volume specialty environment experience preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and store personnel
- Capability to operate register and remain standing and mobile for multiple hours
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and maneuver around sales floor and stock areas
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and occasional travel
- Proven track record of building and maintaining positive customer and coworker relationships
- Planning, prioritization and time management skills
