Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service with a customer first mindset.
- Meet or exceed individual KPIs such as sales per hour and data capture.
- Support sales plans by upholding brand policies and collaborating with the team.
- Connect customers to loyalty programs and educate them on offerings and initiatives.
- Assist customers in fitting rooms and maintain store standards.
- Perform opening and closing duties and support floor sets and replenishment.
- Maintain store visual standards using company guidelines.
- Participate in required trainings and provide product feedback to management.
Requirements
- Retail or similar industry experience preferred.
- Strong communication skills with customers and store personnel.
- Ability to stand, walk, and operate the register for extended periods.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and perform physical tasks on the sales floor and back of house.
- Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends and occasional travel.
- Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships.
- Willingness to participate in training and follow company policies and procedures.
