Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service and prioritize the customer experience.
- Meet or exceed individual sales KPIs such as SPH and data capture.
- Support achievement of monthly and quarterly sales plans through collaboration with the team.
- Assist customers in fitting rooms and with sizing while maintaining store standards.
- Perform opening and closing duties and maintain sales floor and back of house processes.
- Support operational activities including floor sets and replenishment.
- Maintain store visual standards following company guidelines.
- Participate in company trainings on product, process, and compliance.
- Provide product feedback and insights to management.
Requirements
- Retail or similar industry experience preferred.
- Effective communication skills with customers and store personnel.
- Ability to stand, walk, and move for multiple hours and operate a register.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and maneuver around the sales floor and stock areas.
- Willingness to work flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and occasional travel.
- Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with team and customers.
- Comfort using company tools and resources to drive performance.
