Brand Ambassador

Summary

Provides personalized, inspiring customer service and supports sales objectives in a retail store. Demonstrates knowledge of fashion and styling while contributing to an inclusive team environment and maintaining Ralph Lauren brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and create a customer-first shopping experience.
• Meet individual sales objectives and contribute to store sales plans.
• Assist customers with styling, sizing, fitting rooms, and available programs.
• Maintain sales floor, stockroom, and visual standards; support floor sets and replenishment.
• Complete opening and closing tasks, trainings, and other operational duties.
• Share customer and product feedback with management and collaborate with colleagues.

Requirements

• Retail or similar experience in a high-volume or high-profile environment preferred.
• Effective communication skills and ability to build positive working relationships.
• Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for extended periods, and lift or climb as required.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and possible overnight shifts.
