Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service with a customer first mindset
- Meet or exceed individual KPIs such as sales per hour and data capture
- Contribute to monthly quarterly and annual sales plans
- Connect customers to loyalty programs and educate on initiatives and offerings
- Assist customers in fitting rooms and maintain store standards
- Maintain sales floor and back of house standards and complete opening and closing tasks
- Support floor sets replenishment and other operational activities
- Participate in company trainings on product process and compliance
- Provide feedback to management on product and category opportunities
Requirements
- Retail or similar industry experience preferred
- Effective communication skills with customers and store personnel
- Able to stand walk and move for multiple hours and operate register
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and maneuver around sales floor and stock areas
- Willingness to work flexible schedule including days evenings weekends and possible travel
- Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships
- Commitment to uphold store policies visual standards and company values
