Provide personalized and inspiring customer service in a retail environment, driving sales and delivering the Ralph Lauren experience. Serve as an entry point for future leadership by meeting performance goals and supporting store operations while maintaining high visual and service standards.
Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service with a customer first mindset.
- Meet or exceed individual sales KPIs such as units per hour and data capture.
- Contribute to monthly and annual sales plans and uphold brand policies and procedures.
- Assist customers in fitting rooms and maintain store standards on the sales floor and back of house.
- Support operational activities including floor sets and replenishment.
- Use Polo Connect program to engage customers and educate them on programs and offerings.
- Participate in company trainings for compliance, product knowledge, and talent development.
- Provide feedback to management on product and category opportunities.
- Maintain store visual standards and champion company core values.
Requirements
- Retail or similar high volume experience preferred.
- Effective communication skills with customers and store personnel.
- Ability to operate register and remain standing and walking for multiple hours.
- Capable of lifting up to 30 lbs and maneuvering around sales floor and back of house.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including days evenings weekends and possible travel.
- Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with team and customers.
- Familiarity with visual merchandising and store processes.
