Summary

Provides personalized, inspiring customer experiences while supporting sales objectives and maintaining store standards. Demonstrates product and styling knowledge and contributes to a positive, inclusive team environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and meet or exceed individual sales performance objectives.
• Educate customers about products, programs, and available offerings; assist customers in fitting rooms.
• Maintain sales floor, stockroom, and visual standards, and support replenishment and floor sets.
• Complete opening and closing tasks, participate in training, and share product feedback with management.
• Collaborate with colleagues to support store goals and an inclusive work environment.

Requirements

• Retail or similar experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile environment preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build positive working relationships.
• Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for extended periods, and lift or climb as needed.
• Flexible availability for days, evenings, weekends, and possible overnight shifts.
