Provides personalized, customer-focused service and creates an inspiring shopping experience. Supports sales goals and store standards while contributing to a positive and inclusive team environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and help customers with styling, fitting room needs, and product information.
• Meet or exceed individual sales and performance goals and contribute to store sales plans.
• Maintain sales floor, fitting room, and back-of-house standards; support replenishment, floor sets, and opening and closing tasks.
• Participate in training and communicate customer, product, and category feedback to management.

Requirements

• Retail or similar experience in a high-volume or high-profile environment is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships.
• Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for extended periods, and lift or climb as required.
• Flexible availability for days, evenings, weekends, and possible overnight shifts.
