Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service with a customer first mindset.
- Meet or exceed individual KPI such as sales per hour and data capture.
- Contribute to monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans through team collaboration.
- Support fitting room assistance and maintain store standards on the sales floor and back of house.
- Perform operational tasks including floor sets and replenishment.
- Complete opening and closing responsibilities and follow store policies and procedures.
- Maintain store visual standards using company guidelines.
- Participate in company trainings on product, process, and talent development.
- Provide feedback to management on product and category opportunities.
Requirements
- Retail or similar industry experience preferred.
- Effective communication skills with customers and store personnel.
- Ability to operate register and stand or walk for multiple hours.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and maneuver around sales floor and back areas.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and possible travel.
- Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with team and customers.
- Ability to prioritize tasks while maintaining the customer experience.
