Brand Ambassador

Summary

Brand Ambassadors provide personalized, inspiring customer experiences and contribute to store sales goals. They support customers with product knowledge, styling, and service while maintaining store standards and collaborating with the team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and meet or exceed individual sales performance goals.
• Educate customers about products, programs, and available offerings.
• Assist customers in fitting rooms and maintain sales floor, stockroom, and visual standards.
• Support replenishment, floor sets, opening and closing duties, and other store operations.
• Collaborate with colleagues and provide feedback to management on products and category opportunities.

Requirements

• Retail or similar industry experience is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build positive working relationships.
• Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for extended periods, and lift or climb as required.
• Flexible availability for days, evenings, weekends, and occasional overnight shifts.
