Responsibilities
- Drive daily, weekly and monthly sales goals through proactive customer engagement
- Support company and store initiatives and deliver consistent brand-aligned experiences
- Participate in team training and use new technology to execute business results
- Utilize alternative purchasing processes including Gladly, Click to Zoom, JRNI and Ship to Home
- Engage in networking to begin building a clientele
- Provide feedback to management on successes, opportunities and category needs
- Ensure sales floor and store standards are maintained at all times
Requirements
- Retail or similar industry experience in a complex high-volume specialty environment preferred
- Strong customer communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to operate register, stand and move for multiple hours
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and perform physical tasks on the sales floor
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings and weekends and occasional travel
- Ability to work collaboratively with management and co-workers
