Brand Ambassador

As a Brand Ambassador, you will embody a customer-first mindset, delivering personalized and inspiring shopping experiences that exceed expectations. You will be a team player, curious and resourceful, and exemplify inclusivity, serving as an entry point for future leadership roles within Ralph Lauren.

• Understand and deliver sales and profit performance, utilizing key tools and resources to drive selling.
• Support the store in executing company initiatives and participate in team training to achieve business results.
• Engage clients creatively and expand the client base.
• Represent customer experience expectations in-store and deliver a consistent experience aligned with RL Brand expectations.
• Participate in store client initiatives and community outreach, championing RL core values.
• Embrace RL "More ways to shop" and new technology, supporting a collaborative environment.
• Engage in networking and sourcing talent, providing ongoing feedback to management.
• Strengthen customer connectivity with alternative paths to purchase and broaden accessibility to product discovery.
• Maintain exceptional productivity standards and uphold all company policies and procedures.
• Provide feedback to management on category opportunities or needs and ensure sales floor and store standards are met.

• Retail experience or similar industry experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile specialty environment preferred.
• Effective communication skills with customers and store personnel.
• Ability to maneuver around the sales floor, stock/dressing room, and office; work with chemicals, lift/climb up to 30 lbs., and climb moderately.
• Ability to operate the register, stand, move, and walk for multiple hours.
• Flexible schedule to meet business needs, including day, evening, weekends, and possibly overnight shifts and travel.
• Proven track record of success in building and maintaining positive working relationships.
• Strong planning, prioritization, and time management skills.
