Responsibilities- Understand and deliver sales and profit performance, utilizing key tools and resources to drive selling.
- Support the store in executing company initiatives and participate in team training to achieve business results.
- Engage clients creatively and expand the client base.
- Represent customer experience expectations in-store and deliver a consistent experience aligned with RL Brand expectations.
- Participate in store client initiatives and community outreach, championing RL core values.
- Embrace RL "More ways to shop" and new technology, supporting a collaborative environment.
- Engage in networking and sourcing talent, providing ongoing feedback to management.
- Strengthen customer connectivity with alternative paths to purchase and broaden accessibility to product discovery.
- Maintain exceptional productivity standards and uphold all company policies and procedures.
- Provide feedback to management on category opportunities or needs and ensure sales floor and store standards are met.
Requirements- Retail experience or similar industry experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile specialty environment preferred.
- Effective communication skills with customers and store personnel.
- Ability to maneuver around the sales floor, stock/dressing room, and office; work with chemicals, lift/climb up to 30 lbs., and climb moderately.
- Ability to operate the register, stand, move, and walk for multiple hours.
- Flexible schedule to meet business needs, including day, evening, weekends, and possibly overnight shifts and travel.
- Proven track record of success in building and maintaining positive working relationships.
- Strong planning, prioritization, and time management skills.
