Brand Ambassador

Summary

Brand Ambassadors deliver personalized, inspiring shopping experiences and help customers find products that fit their needs. This customer-focused role supports sales goals and maintains Ralph Lauren's service and brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and meet or exceed individual sales objectives and performance indicators.
• Educate customers about products, styling, and available programs, and assist with sizing in fitting rooms.
• Maintain sales floor, fitting room, stockroom, and visual standards; support replenishment and floor sets.
• Complete opening and closing responsibilities, participate in training, and collaborate with the team.

Requirements

• Retail or similar experience in a high-volume or high-profile environment is preferred.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships.
• Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for extended periods, and lift or climb as needed.
• Flexible availability for day, evening, weekend, and possibly overnight shifts.
