Provides personalized, inspiring customer experiences while supporting store sales goals and brand standards. Shares fashion and styling knowledge and contributes to an inclusive, customer-focused team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and achieve individual sales objectives and key performance indicators.
• Support sales plans, connect customers with available programs, and provide product and styling guidance.
• Assist customers in fitting rooms and maintain sales floor, stockroom, operational, and visual standards.
• Complete opening and closing tasks, participate in training, and share customer and product feedback with management.
• Collaborate with colleagues to foster a professional, positive, and inclusive environment.

Requirements

• Retail or similar experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile environment preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively and build positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for multiple hours, and lift or climb as required.
• Flexible schedule availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and potentially overnight shifts.
