The Part-Time Brand Ambassador delivers personalized, inspiring customer experiences while helping achieve store sales goals. This role supports Ralph Lauren's brand standards, customer engagement, and store initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by keeping the customer at the center of decisions and building client relationships.
• Represent the brand and deliver a consistent in-store customer experience.
• Support company initiatives, team training, and alternative shopping and product discovery options.
• Maintain sales floor and store standards, and share feedback on customer and category needs with management.

Requirements

• Retail or similar experience in a high-volume or high-profile specialty environment is preferred.
• Communicate effectively and build positive relationships with customers, management, and coworkers.
• Meet physical requirements including standing, walking, moving around the store, and lifting or climbing as needed.
• Work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and occasional overnight shifts or travel as required.
