Responsibilities
- Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals through proactive customer engagement
- Provide a consistent customer experience aligned to brand expectations
- Support and participate in team training to achieve business results
- Utilize digital tools and alternative purchase methods such as Gladly, Click to Zoom, JRNI, and Ship to Home
- Engage in networking to begin building a clientele
- Support store standards and ensure the sales floor is properly maintained
- Provide feedback to management on successes, opportunities, and category needs
- Champion core company values and support a collaborative environment
Requirements
- Retail or similar industry experience preferred in a high-volume specialty environment
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and store personnel
- Ability to operate register and remain on feet for extended periods
- Ability to lift and climb up to 30 lbs and maneuver around the sales floor
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and possible travel
- Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with customers and coworkers
