Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service and prioritize the customer experience.
- Meet or exceed individual sales KPIs such as sales per hour and data capture.
- Support monthly and quarterly sales plans through collaboration with the team.
- Engage customers with loyalty programs and educate them on products and offerings.
- Assist customers in fitting rooms and maintain store standards.
- Perform opening and closing duties and maintain back of house processes.
- Support floor sets, replenishment, and visual merchandising standards.
- Participate in company trainings on product, process, and compliance.
- Provide feedback to management on product and category opportunities.
Requirements
- Retail or similar industry experience preferred.
- Strong communication skills with customers and store personnel.
- Ability to operate register and stand or walk for multiple hours.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and maneuver around sales floor and stock areas.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and occasional travel.
- Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with team and management.
- Comfort participating in company training and upholding store policies and procedures.
