Full-Time Brand Ambassador responsible for delivering a personalized and inspiring shopping experience that exceeds customer expectations and supports store initiatives. Serves as a customer-first representative who drives sales, participates in training, and champions brand values while supporting alternative purchasing methods and digital tools.
Responsibilities
- Deliver sales and profit performance using key tools and resources to drive selling
- Support execution of company and store initiatives and maintain store standards
- Participate in team training and provide feedback to management on successes and opportunities
- Engage clients through creative outreach and community initiatives to broaden customer base
- Support alternative purchasing processes such as Gladly, Click to Zoom, JRNI, and Ship to Home
- Broaden product discovery using QR codes, digital catalogs, and virtual stores
- Operate register and maintain productivity across sales floor and stock areas
- Engage in networking and talent sourcing to support store needs
Requirements
- Retail or similar industry experience preferred in a high-volume specialty environment
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers and store personnel
- Ability to stand, move, walk for multiple hours and operate register
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and maneuver around sales floor and stock areas
- Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends and potential travel
- Proven track record of building and maintaining positive working relationships
- Planning and prioritization and time management skills
