Full-Time Brand Ambassador responsible for delivering a personalized and inspiring shopping experience aligned to brand expectations. Role focuses on driving sales and profit performance, supporting store initiatives, engaging clients, and contributing to a collaborative team environment. Position requires flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, and occasional travel.
Responsibilities
- Deliver sales and profit performance using key tools and resources to drive selling
- Support execution of company and store initiatives and maintain store standards
- Participate in team training and provide feedback to management on successes and opportunities
- Engage customers through creative outreach and client engagement activities
- Support multiple purchasing processes including Gladly, Click to Zoom, JRNI, and Ship to Home
- Broaden product discovery using QR codes, digital catalogs, and virtual stores
- Maintain productivity through effective store execution and uphold company policies
- Engage in networking and talent sourcing activities
Requirements
- Retail or similar industry experience in a high-volume or specialty environment preferred
- Strong customer communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to operate register, stand, walk, and maneuver on the sales floor for multiple hours
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and perform moderate climbing
- Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends and potential overnight shifts and travel
- Planning, prioritization, and time management skills
- Ability to provide ongoing feedback to management and support team goals
