Responsibilities
- Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals through proactive customer engagement
- Support company initiatives and participate in team training to achieve business results
- Utilize omnichannel tools to support alternative purchasing processes and broaden product discovery
- Represent and deliver a consistent customer experience aligned to brand expectations
- Engage in networking to build a clientele and provide feedback to management
- Maintain sales floor and store standards at all times
- Support use of new technology to enhance shopping experiences
Requirements
- Retail or similar industry experience preferred in a high-volume or high-profile environment
- Effective communication skills with customers and store personnel
- Ability to operate register, stand, move, and walk for multiple hours
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and maneuver around the sales floor and stock areas
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and potential travel
- Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with customers and coworkers
