Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service with a customer first mindset
- Meet or exceed individual KPIs such as sales per hour and data capture
- Contribute to monthly quarterly and annual sales plans alongside the team
- Engage customers with loyalty programs and educate them on offerings
- Assist customers in fitting rooms and maintain store standards
- Support operational tasks including floor sets replenishment and opening and closing duties
- Maintain store visual standards following company guidelines
- Participate in company trainings and development initiatives
- Provide product feedback and collaborate with colleagues to support a positive work environment
Requirements
- Retail or similar industry experience preferred
- Effective communication skills with customers and store personnel
- Ability to operate register stand walk and perform physical tasks including lifting up to 30 lbs
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including days evenings weekends and possible travel
- Ability to maneuver on the sales floor stock areas and back of house
- Capability to balance tasks while prioritizing customer experience
- Willingness to participate in training and follow company policies and procedures
