Part-Time Brand Ambassador responsible for delivering personalized, inspiring shopping experiences and supporting store initiatives to drive sales and customer engagement. This seasonal role focuses on teamwork, customer connectivity, and representing brand expectations while learning tools and technologies to support alternative purchasing methods.

Responsibilities

• Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals through proactive customer engagement
• Provide a consistent customer experience aligned to brand standards
• Support company and store initiatives and participate in team training
• Utilize technology and alternative purchase channels to enhance sales
• Engage in networking to build clientele and provide feedback to management
• Maintain sales floor and store standards at all times
• Assist customers with product discovery using digital tools and catalogs

Requirements

• Retail or similar industry experience preferred
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and store staff
• Capable of standing, walking, and operating register for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and perform moderate physical tasks
• Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends and potential travel
• Willingness to learn store technology and alternative purchasing processes
