Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service with a customer first mindset.
- Meet or exceed individual sales KPIs and utilize tools to drive performance.
- Contribute to achieving sales plans and uphold brand policies and procedures.
- Engage customers through loyalty programs and product knowledge.
- Assist customers in fitting rooms and maintain store standards.
- Support operational tasks including floor sets and replenishment.
- Complete opening and closing responsibilities and maintain visual standards.
- Participate in company trainings and provide product feedback to management.
- Foster a positive, inclusive team environment.
Requirements
- Retail or similar industry experience preferred.
- Effective communication skills with customers and store personnel.
- Ability to stand, walk, and maneuver on the sales floor for multiple hours.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and perform moderate climbing.
- Ability to operate register and perform back of house tasks.
- Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends and possible travel.
- Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships.
