Part-Time Brand Ambassador focused on delivering personalized and inspiring shopping experiences while supporting store initiatives and RL brand expectations. Position is seasonal and requires flexibility to work varied schedules including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals through customer focused selling
• Support company and store initiatives and participate in team training
• Utilize tools and technologies to support multiple purchase paths and enhance product discovery
• Represent and deliver a consistent customer experience aligned to brand expectations
• Engage in networking to build customer clientele
• Provide feedback to management on successes and category opportunities
• Ensure sales floor and store standards are maintained at all times

Requirements

• Retail or similar industry experience in a high volume or specialty environment preferred
• Effective communication skills with customers and store personnel
• Ability to stand, move, walk for multiple hours and operate register
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and maneuver around sales floor and stock areas
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and possible travel
• Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with customers and coworkers
