Brand Ambassador - Stock

Summary

Operations Support Associate responsible for day to day retail operations including receiving deliveries, processing merchandise, maintaining stockroom organization, supporting sales floor replenishment, and assisting customers when needed. Role may be part time or full time based on availability and business needs and focuses on operational tasks with occasional customer interaction.

Responsibilities

• Process freight and meet units per hour goals including markups and markdowns
• Inspect deliveries for damage and ensure proper tag and sensor placement
• Execute daily RFID inventory scans and complete replenishment activities
• Manage ship to home orders and store to store transfers
• Process retickets and associate RFID tags
• Maintain organized stockroom and sales floor inventory levels
• Support brand ambassadors with stock checks and merchandise delivery
• Greet and assist customers and process sales transactions as needed
• Participate in visual merchandising and maintain store presentation standards

Requirements

• Back of house or similar retail experience preferred
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and store personnel
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and maneuver throughout store areas
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including days evenings weekends and possible overnight shifts
• Ability to perform RFID scans and basic inventory tasks
• Ability to follow company guidelines for returns discounts and customer data capture
• Ability to collaborate with team members and participate in training
