Brand Ambassador - Store Maintenance

Summary

Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming Polo Ralph Lauren store for customers and staff. This position may be offered full-time or part-time, depending on availability and business needs.

Responsibilities

• Restock supplies and maintain cleanliness across the sales floor, cash wrap, break room, bathrooms, and offices.
• Complete cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, dusting, sanitizing, and waste management.
• Monitor lighting and submit service tickets; address stains and clean glass, doors, and windows.
• Organize display items and replenish bathroom supplies.

Requirements

• Retail or similar experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile specialty environment preferred.
• Communicate effectively and build positive working relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Ability to move throughout the store, work with chemicals, lift or climb up to 30 pounds, and stand or walk for multiple hours.
• Flexible availability for days, evenings, weekends, and potentially overnight shifts.
