Part-Time Brand Ambassador responsible for delivering a personalized and inspiring shopping experience that exceeds customer expectations. This role focuses on driving sales through customer engagement, supporting store initiatives, and promoting brand standards while participating in team training and using company technology to enhance the customer journey.

Responsibilities

• Drive daily business to achieve sales goals through proactive customer engagement
• Support and execute company and store initiatives
• Participate in team training to deliver business results
• Utilize company tools and technology to support multiple ways to shop
• Represent and uphold brand experience and store vision
• Engage in networking to build a clientele
• Provide feedback to management on opportunities and category needs
• Maintain sales floor and store standards at all times

Requirements

• Retail or similar industry experience preferred
• Effective communication with customers and store personnel
• Ability to stand walk and move for multiple hours and operate register
• Ability to lift and climb up to 30 lbs and maneuver around store areas
• Flexible availability including days evenings weekends and possible travel
• Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with customers and co-workers
