Summary
Responsible for achieving sales targets for the Thélios portfolio across the Midwest and Mountain territory by developing client relationships, promoting brands, and delivering an excellent consumer experience. Role requires frequent travel and account management to grow distribution and brand presence.
Responsibilities
- Deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual net sales targets for assigned brands
- Develop and maintain long-term partnerships with customers
- Provide brand education through regular account visits and product presentations
- Conduct in-store training for customer staff to maximize sales
- Act as liaison with Trade Marketing to execute window campaigns and in-store visibility
- Prepare and deliver regular schedule and business updates to senior management
- Complete required account surveys and sales contracts accurately
- Represent the company at industry and special events
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Associate degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 3 years of optical sales or B2B sales experience
- Experience in fashion, luxury, cosmetics, or consumer goods preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Apple products; Excel is a plus
- Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- Available to travel domestically and internationally 60-80% with flexible schedule
- Must own a car and have a valid driver’s license
- Ability to lift 30-50lbs
