Responsibilities- Deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual net sales targets on assigned brands.
- Develop and maintain long-term partnerships with customers.
- Provide brand education through regular account visits and gather customer feedback.
- Offer excellent customer service and resolve issues promptly.
- Conduct in-store training to maximize sales and enhance client experience.
- Build qualitative door distribution respecting each brand profile.
- Act as a liaison between customers and the Trade Marketing team.
- Prepare and deliver business updates to senior management.
- Complete required account surveys and sales contracts accurately.
- Represent Thélios at industry and special events.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements- Associate Degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of optical sales or B2B sales experience required.
- Experience in fashion, luxury, cosmetics, or consumer goods preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Apple products; Excel is a plus.
- Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Passion for diversity and inclusion in business decisions.
- Professional attitude with an entrepreneurial spirit.
- Available to travel domestically and internationally 60-80% of the time.
- Must own a car and have a valid driver’s license.
- Ability to lift 30-50lbs.
