Brand Ambassador

Summary

Territory Brand Ambassador responsible for achieving sales targets for assigned brands across the Midwest and Mountain region through relationship development, in-store education, and representation at industry events. The role requires frequent domestic and international travel and delivering excellent customer experiences to retail partners.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual net sales targets for assigned brands
• Develop and maintain long-term partnerships with retail customers
• Provide brand education and present new product during regular account visits
• Conduct in-store training for customer staff to maximize sales
• Act as liaison with Trade Marketing to execute window campaigns and in-store visibility
• Prepare and deliver regular schedule and business updates to senior management
• Complete required account surveys and sales contracts accurately
• Represent the company at industry and special events
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Associate degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 3 years optical sales or B2B sales experience
• Experience in fashion, luxury, cosmetics, or consumer goods preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Apple products; Excel is a plus
• Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
• Available to travel 60-80% domestically and internationally
• Must own a car and possess a valid driver’s license
• Ability to lift 30-50lbs
