• Drive daily sales and achieve individual and team targets
• Provide exceptional customer service and build clientele

• Assist with alternative purchasing processes such as ship to home and virtual tools
• Provide feedback to management on opportunities and category needs
• Maintain sales floor standards and merchandising
• Operate register and support customer transactions

Requirements

• Retail or similar industry experience preferred
• Effective communication skills with customers and team members
• Ability to stand, walk, and maneuver on the sales floor for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and perform physical tasks
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
• Comfort using digital tools and new technologies for sales
• Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships
