Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a customer first mindset.
- Meet or exceed individual sales KPIs and utilize tools to drive performance.
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans through teamwork.
- Connect customers to loyalty programs and educate on offerings.
- Assist customers in fitting rooms and maintain store standards.
- Complete opening and closing duties and maintain back of house processes.
- Support floor sets, replenishment, and other operational activities.
- Participate in company trainings on product, process, and development.
- Maintain store visual standards following company guidelines.
Requirements
- Retail or similar high-volume environment experience preferred.
- Effective verbal communication with customers and team members.
- Ability to stand, walk, and operate a register for extended periods.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and maneuver around stock and dressing rooms.
- Flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends and occasional travel.
- Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships.
- Willingness to complete required trainings and follow company policies.
