Summary
Part time seasonal Brand Ambassador responsible for delivering a personalized and inspiring shopping experience while supporting sales goals and store standards. Role focuses on customer service, product knowledge, and contributing to a cohesive team environment with opportunities for future leadership growth.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service with a customer first mindset
- Meet or exceed individual KPIs such as sales per hour and data capture
- Support achievement of sales plans through collaboration and adherence to brand policies
- Connect customers to loyalty programs and educate on company initiatives
- Assist in fitting rooms with sizing and maintain store standards
- Maintain sales floor and back of house standards, including opening and closing duties
- Support operational activities such as floor sets and replenishment
- Participate in company trainings on product, process, and talent development
- Provide feedback to management on product and category opportunities
Requirements
- Retail or similar industry experience preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and store personnel
- Capable of standing and moving for multiple hours and operating the register
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and maneuver on the sales floor and back areas
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and potential travel
- Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with customers and co-workers
- Comfortable participating in training and following company visual and operational standards
