Part-Time Brand Ambassador responsible for delivering a personalized and inspiring shopping experience at the children store in Vaughan Mills. Role focuses on driving sales, supporting store initiatives, and representing brand expectations while building customer relationships and a clientele.

Responsibilities

• Drive daily, weekly and monthly sales goals through customer focused selling
• Support and execute company and store initiatives
• Participate in team training to achieve business results
• Use More Ways to Shop tools and new technology to support sales
• Represent and deliver a consistent in store brand experience
• Engage in networking to build and maintain a clientele
• Provide feedback to management on successes and category opportunities
• Maintain sales floor and store standards at all times

Requirements

• Retail or similar industry experience preferred
• Effective communication with customers and store personnel
• Ability to operate register and perform standing and walking for multiple hours
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and maneuver around store areas
• Flexible availability including days evenings weekends and possible travel
• Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships
