Summary
Lead the visual identity and brand experience across stores in the market by developing and executing product presentation and store layout strategies. Act as the connector between field and home office to ensure consistent brand storytelling, train and mentor visual talent, and drive results through collaboration and strategic execution.
Responsibilities
- Lead seasonal floor plan development and key item placement for optimal presentation
- Oversee consistent execution of floor sets and conduct photo reviews and feedback
- Partner with home office on zone and fixture placement and creative direction
- Analyze store performance and customer behavior to inform visual merchandising
- Collaborate with store teams and district leads and conduct market visits and joint assessments
- Develop visual contingency plans for unexpected events and transitions
- Facilitate regional best practice calls and participate in monthly brand calls
- Identify mentor and develop visual talent within the field
- Participate in store projects including remodels openings and pilot initiatives
Requirements
- 5+ years of merchandising and creative experience or equivalent
- Strong leadership and ability to collaborate across levels
- Strong understanding of retail environments operations and product presentation
- Ability to multitask manage priorities and lead cross functional initiatives
- Proficient in Microsoft suite
- Excellent communication coaching and project management skills
- Ability to travel up to 50 percent
