Summary
The Retail Brand Image Manager leads visual identity and brand experience across stores in the market, developing and executing product presentation strategies, supporting store teams, and partnering with district and creative partners to ensure consistent brand storytelling and exceptional customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead seasonal floor plan development and key item placement to optimize product presentation.
- Oversee consistent execution of floor sets across stores, including photo reviews and feedback.
- Partner with home office on zone and fixture placement and creative direction.
- Analyze store performance and customer behavior to inform visual merchandising decisions.
- Collaborate with store teams and district leads and conduct joint market visits quarterly.
- Support district sales floor presentation and repair and maintenance needs.
- Develop visual contingency plans for unexpected events and transitions.
- Facilitate regional best practice calls and participate in monthly brand calls to share insights.
- Participate in store projects including remodels openings and pilot initiatives.
Requirements
- 5+ years of merchandising and creative experience or equivalent.
- Strong leadership skills with ability to collaborate across levels and coach teams.
- Strong understanding of retail operations product presentation and customer experience.
- Ability to multitask manage multiple priorities and lead cross functional initiatives.
- Proficient in Microsoft suite and project management skills.
- Ability to travel up to 50%.
- Proven ability to influence across levels and drive visual standards.
