Job Description

Summary

Drive the visual identity and brand experience across stores in the Southern California market through strategic creative leadership and hands-on execution. Partner with district leaders, store teams, and creative partners to develop and implement seasonal floor plans, product presentation, and store layouts that reinforce brand standards and enhance customer experience. Mentor and develop field visual talent while ensuring consistent execution and alignment with corporate vision.

Responsibilities

  • Lead seasonal floor plan development and key item placement for market stores.
  • Oversee consistent execution of floor sets, including photo reviews and feedback.
  • Collaborate with home office on zone and fixture placement and creative direction.
  • Analyze store performance and customer behavior to inform visual decisions.
  • Conduct joint market visits with district leads to coach teams and assess execution.
  • Support district sales floor presentation and repair and maintenance needs.
  • Develop visual contingency plans for unexpected events and transitions.
  • Facilitate regional best practice calls and participate in monthly brand calls.
  • Participate in store projects including remodels, openings, and pilots.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of merchandising and creative experience or equivalent.
  • Strong leadership and ability to collaborate across levels and personalities.
  • Strong understanding of retail environments, operations, and product presentation.
  • Ability to multitask, manage priorities, and lead cross functional initiatives.
  • Proficient in Microsoft suite and strong project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and coaching abilities.
  • Ability to travel up to 50 percent.
