SummaryAs a Brand Marketing Associate - Licensing at Ralph Lauren, you will support the Licensing marketing efforts, driving synergies across brand and key businesses. You will focus on licensing marketing projects related to Sports, Holiday, and seasonal campaigns, leading daily communications and calendar planning while supporting global campaign briefings and business development initiatives.
Responsibilities- Support Global Marketing team on all marketing initiatives for the Global Licensing businesses.
- Lead development of internal licensing and brand calendars, ensuring timely distribution and regular updates.
- Manage day-to-day communications with licensees and support any marketing requests.
- Contribute to strategic 360 campaign planning and the development of site, social, and influencer briefs.
- Connect with Brand Marketing and cross-functional partners to ensure integration of licensed categories within global marketing campaigns.
- Track brand/campaign shoots that include licensed categories and manage budget allocation.
- Analyze global market data to identify market trends and provide insights for new opportunities.
- Lead creation of recaps for key marketing moments and support on presentations for internal and external communications.
- Partner with creative leads to develop marketing and creative concepts for global execution.
- Cultivate partnerships with Creative and Design to execute digital storytelling.
Requirements- Experience supporting marketing or similar teams with planning and communication efforts.
- Experience in fashion, beauty, and/or licensing preferred.
- Agile team player and self-starter with strong follow-through and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment and proactively anticipate project needs.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Word).
- Ability to analyze and manage excel budgets and strong PowerPoint deck skills.
