Responsibilities- Coordinate and support all marketing programs and initiatives in partnership with the Brand Marketing team.
- Manage the approval process and execution of marketing initiatives with internal teams, stores, and vendors.
- Project manage Harry Rosen's Outlet marketing initiatives, including print and digital campaigns.
- Work closely with the Display Manager to ensure timely delivery of promotional signage to stores.
- Support media insertions and maintain advertising schedules.
- Update marketing information on the corporate intranet and communicate with stores.
- Maintain and update the Marketing Budget, including processing invoices and accruals.
- Assist in developing presentations and marketing briefs.
- Record and communicate sales data, ROI, and post-mortem details for reference.
- Identify opportunities for process and performance improvement.
- Conduct competitive audits and assist with management tasks.
Requirements- Minimum of 2 years of experience in brand marketing.
- Degree in Marketing, Fashion Merchandising, Communication, Business, or related field.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
- Strong initiative and ability to work independently.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and internet research.
- Fashion retail experience is a strong asset.
