Summary
Responsible for supporting North America marketing sports and partnerships with focus on the Olympics and Team USA LA28 partnership. Develop and execute integrated, consumer-driven marketing plans and activations across channels, collaborating with internal teams and external partners to elevate the brand and drive commercial outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Participate in ideation and develop fully integrated marketing campaigns tied to partnership goals
- Manage cross-functional execution of omni-channel activations including celebrity, digital, merchandising, events and media
- Support Director in developing and communicating marketing materials and creative briefs
- Develop holistic marketing strategies and consumer-oriented media plans
- Manage budget tracking, timelines, KPIs and reporting
- Collaborate with internal channel partners and external partners such as USOPP and LA28
- Collect metrics and recaps, analyze trends and identify optimization opportunities
- Support product initiatives, sample management and talent dressing for shoots and events
- Run day-to-day meetings with clear next steps and manage project logistics
Requirements
- Experience in multi-channel marketing organizations
- Partnership and sports partnership experience required
- Experience with royalty and licensing deals required
- Online marketing and e-commerce experience
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and project management skills
- Creative sensibility and attention to detail with consumer focus
- Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
- Ability to travel and work in a hybrid office model
- Passion for sports and fashion with relevant background
