Summary
Regional Brand Marketing Manager responsible for developing and executing marketing initiatives and retail activations across the East region with emphasis on the Southeast and South Florida. Role focuses on driving customer acquisition, traffic to retail outlets, partnership development, store opening support, and delivering localized consumer experiences while collaborating with corporate and field teams. Position requires travel, weekend flexibility, and a hybrid office schedule.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute regional marketing strategy aligned to national brand initiatives.
- Plan and deliver in-store activations client experiences and localized brand partnerships.
- Manage logistics vendor coordination partnership agreements and event materials.
- Oversee onsite day of event setup breakdown and execution across the region.
- Manage event budgets billing invoicing and ensure accurate financial tracking.
- Support new store openings tourism initiatives and seasonal regional moments.
- Analyze event performance prepare sales recaps and monitor online offline exposure.
- Collaborate with retail management corporate marketing creative and PR partners.
- Leverage market insights data programs and reporting to optimize marketing mix and customer acquisition.
Requirements
- Management experience in retail field and stores.
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
- Proven brand store events management and local PR experience.
- Highly organized detail oriented with ability to manage multiple projects.
- Excellent written verbal and presentation skills.
- Proficiency with Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook and ability to learn technical applications.
- Ability to travel and work weekends as required.
- Experience using data insights for customer acquisition and retention strategies.
