Summary
Regional Brand Marketing Manager responsible for developing and executing marketing initiatives and retail activations across the West region with a focus on Greater Los Angeles. Role oversees customer acquisition programs, localized partnerships, store opening strategies, PR, and events to drive traffic and revenue while aligning with national brand strategies. Position requires travel, weekend flexibility, and cross functional collaboration with corporate, retail teams, and external partners.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive regional marketing strategy aligned with national brand initiatives.
- Create and manage in store activations, client experiences, and localized brand partnerships to drive traffic and sales.
- Plan and coordinate event logistics including vendor procurement, partnership agreements, guest lists, and onsite setup and breakdown.
- Manage budgets, billing, invoicing, and update regional marketing calendars for alignment.
- Support new store openings and tourism initiatives to drive engagement and customer acquisition.
- Lead strategic partnerships with mall centers to create traffic driving opportunities and collaborative media plans.
- Analyze and present regional market insights and track performance metrics to optimize marketing efforts.
- Serve as primary retail marketing contact for the West Coast region and liaise with cross functional stakeholders and PR agencies.
- Prepare post event sales analysis recaps and regular reporting on campaign performance.
Requirements
- Management experience in retail field and stores.
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
- Proven brand store and events management experience.
- Strong organizational, communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure in a fast paced environment.
- Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook with ability to learn technical applications.
- Weekend availability and ability to travel including periodic travel to New York New Jersey.
- Experience with local PR and partnership development preferred.
