Summary
Support North America marketing sports and partnerships with a focus on tennis and special projects, managing partnerships end to end and delivering integrated marketing plans that drive brand desirability and commercial outcomes. Build relationships with external partners and collaborate cross functionally to execute omni-channel activations and 360 campaigns. Manage budgets, timelines and performance reporting while ensuring elevated consumer facing touch points.
Responsibilities
- Participate in ideation and develop fully integrated marketing campaigns grounded in consumer insight
- Manage cross functional execution of omni-channel activations including celebrity, digital, merchandising, events and media
- Write creative briefs and develop holistic marketing strategies tied to commercial goals
- Manage budget tracking, timelines, purchase orders and invoicing
- Track KPIs, collect partner metrics and produce recaps with optimization recommendations
- Coordinate product initiatives and sample management for shoots events and talent dressing
- Run day-to-day meetings with internal and external partners providing clear next steps
- Collaborate with marketing and sales channel partners and agencies to align execution
- Monitor competitive landscape trends to inform strategy and ideas
Requirements
- Experience in multi-channel marketing organizations
- Partnership and sports partnership experience required
- Experience with royalty and licensing deals required
- Online marketing and e-commerce experience
- Strong project management and cross functional collaboration skills
- Ability to develop strategic creative briefs and consumer oriented media strategies
- Strong attention to detail and creative sensibility
- Resourceful problem solving and effective communication skills
- Bachelor's degree preferred
