Summary
Senior executive role responsible for defining and executing the Maison's strategy across the Americas, driving sales growth, expanding the distribution network, and protecting and enhancing brand equity. The Brand President will lead cross-functional teams, manage market operations, and represent the Maison with partners, landlords, press, and Richemont organizations.
Responsibilities
- Define and implement regional strategy to grow the brand across North and South America
- Develop and execute sales and distribution strategies to achieve profitability and network expansion
- Lead business plan development and ensure alignment with global objectives
- Oversee MarCom and integrated marketing campaigns tailored to the American audience
- Establish KPIs and commercial policies adapted to local market conditions
- Drive retail excellence across all channels and optimize stock and product lifecycle management
- Build and develop high performing teams and provide leadership and training
- Manage relationships with key partners, landlords, and local stakeholders
- Ensure compliance and protect the Maison's image and client experience
Requirements
- Proven track record of regional business unit management in the luxury retail industry
- Extensive experience in matrix organizations including Brand HQ and group structures
- Strong omnichannel and commercial skills with ability to drive sustainable growth
- Experience leading cross functional and cross cultural teams
- Strategic mindset with ability to identify market opportunities and conclude deals
- Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate the Maison's story
- Fluent English; French and other languages highly appreciated
- Ability to work across Americas and travel as required
