Job Description

Summary

As the Brand President for Panerai in North America, you will lead the strategic development and commercial performance of the brand in the US and Canada. You will be responsible for aligning with the global Panerai vision, overseeing distribution channels, and driving strategic investments to enhance brand desirability and growth.

Responsibilities
  • Translate global brand strategy into market-specific plans to increase awareness and client engagement.
  • Collaborate with Panerai HQ and Richemont Americas leadership to execute a long-term growth strategy.
  • Own and deliver financial KPIs, including sales, EBIT, and inventory management.
  • Lead a high-performing commercial strategy across retail, wholesale, and e-commerce channels.
  • Foster a high-performing, inclusive team culture and support employee development.
  • Drive seamless integration across physical and digital channels to enhance client experience.
  • Build and execute regionally relevant marketing strategies and manage the marketing budget.
  • Serve as the main liaison between Panerai HQ, Richemont Americas, and external stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree and/or master’s degree in a relevant field preferred.
  • Minimum 15 years’ experience in general management and brand leadership in luxury goods.
  • 10+ years of leadership experience managing cross-functional teams.
  • Deep expertise in retail and omnichannel strategy and client development.
  • Strong alignment with Richemont values and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
